Samsung S23 popped all three camera lens protection glasses this year. Smells like planned obscolence. Never mind, waiting my new #jollaphone. I ordered it because I won't risk losing some #opensource programs from F-droid with the upcoming Android changes. Now the old phone is breaking. So why buy expensive phones at all when they are just mediocre quality?

Hate that there's no #FOSS #Android Launcher3 fork without app drawer. There's Lawnchair which is still in experimental stage, then there's Bliss Launcher which is an /e/OS exclusive for some unknown reason.

#Catima is a lightweight card wallet app for #Android.

Release 2.43.0 added an internal image viewer, which has been requested for a long time.

Sadly, this broke someone's workflow (they were storing screenshots in Catima to deal with stores which only accept "the official app" 🙄)

So, 2.44.0 includes a menu option to open the image in the gallery app.

Coming soon to an app store near you!

I was starting to look at the #Commodore phone until I saw that their launcher looked like some of the super-minimalist launchers I've seen on #Android from #FDroid, so I just started experimenting with that, instead.

Currently on "Last Launcher," but I have a couple others installed to play with.

I was on #KISSLauncher for the longest time, but they seem to have a lenient AI policy now, and I'm avoiding that kind of stuff whereever I can afford to.
