Which country in south east asia region that still and potentially still in near future respecting individual privacy OR the very least has a strong community in Cybersecurity?

From what I see so far, it is either Malaysia or Singapore that has strong cybersecurity community.

This is just for future preference.

The company says it has awarded over $81.6 million in bug bounties since the first Vulnerability Reward Program went live in 2010, while the highest reward paid last year was of $250,000.

#DNS url names (web addresses) are *not* #encrypted by default even on sensible operating systems!
The incessant leakage to #ISP & intermediaries of site names visited in 99.9% of cases is an egregious #privacy issue I never knew of. Using #DoH is next? All fixes rely on #CloudFlare OMG
