La seule solution pour y échapper est est d'utiliser des solutions décentralisées ou très sécurisées (Messagerie SimpleX . Email tutamail....)

Meta Smart Glasses that passively record surroundings raise a concrete surface-attack question: who processes the audio/video, where is it stored, and for how long? "Quiet" recording shifts the threat model — not just for the wearer, but for every person nearby who never consented. Ambient capture at scale is a different risk category than a phone camera. #infosec #privacy #surveillance

The Drive: How Flock Cameras Wrongly Tracked Me for Days Over ‘Stolen’ Plates and Sent Police After Me. “The Plymouth Police Department had been tracking me for days using Flock license plate cameras, waiting for the right moment to strike, because they thought I’d stolen the Range Rover. Zerion 3.0 marks our transition to a fully independent protocol stack.
Briar has been an excellent foundation, but our goal is to be fully independent. We’re replacing the remaining Briar/Bramble protocols with our own transport, wire format, sync layer and message model.
One focus: resisting traffic analysis with constant-rate polling and cover traffic.
"Privacy experts warn that camera-free doesn’t necessarily equate to surveillance-free. “Safety depends on the whole system, and the updates that can change what a device does overnight. Something that looks private today can stop being private after a single update,” says Saska, who argues that the focus needs to move from privacy-first hardware to privacy-first governance that determines whether AI products continue to respect people’s rights as the tech, software, and business model change.
For that to happen, as Véliz argues, culture has a crucial role to play. For now, the backlash surrounding the latest AI smart glasses underscores a stubborn consumer perception problem: fashion may be able to lend desirability, but it can’t overcome distrust on its own.
“The line I’d draw is between acceptable and safe. Making something feel normal doesn’t remove the harm, it just quiets the questions we should be asking,” says Saska. “This isn’t only a hardware competition anymore; it’s a cultural one, and fashion can’t solve a legitimacy problem.”"
