Drobna aktualizacja mojej listy Curated. Zestawienie zostało rozbudowane o nowe narzędzia wspierające architekturę zero trust oraz cyfrowy minimalizm.

Zmiany i nowości:

1. Notatki i organizacja: Na listę wraca Obsidian z ważnym zastrzeżeniem. Zalecam używać go wyłącznie bez dostępu do internetu oraz z włączoną izolacją Storage Scopes w systemie GrapheneOS. Dodano również w pełni otwarty notatnik Quillpad.

2. Odtwarzacze i multimedia: Dołączono klasycznego klienta NewPipe oraz odtwarzacz Auxio, który idealnie sprawdza się przy intencjonalnym budowaniu lokalnej bazy muzycznej offline.

3. Nowa sekcja Pobieranie: Wydzielono osobną kategorię dla narzędzi pozyskujących pliki. Znalazły się tam Seal oraz YTDLnis bazujące na otwartych bibliotekach.

@GrapheneOS that's bullshit and you know that:

• If this was the case, grsecurity & Red Hat would've already been sued into insolvency for violating GPLv2 for the Linux Kernel!
• You legally ain't a device manufacturrer / partner of Google.
  • Your entitlement to Source Code as per GPLv2 strictly pertains that of your devices bought and their firmware.

Feel free to try to sue them on that part. @SexyCyborg was very successful obtaining the sources when she asked a device manufacturer - not.

• As shit as it sounds, restricting and paywalling sourve code access per GPLv2 is so far not estanlished as illegal. But good luck suing that into existance with some competent lawyers like @wbs_legal or @noybeu 's @maxschrems …

am I the only one annoyed by so frequent #GrapheneOS updates???

I am already pissed off one can not disable automatic download of updates, one can disable the updates app completely, but I would prefer to manually check for updates and review available update before downloading not to completely disable updates

then after applying updates it takes ages "optimizing apps" see this screenshot, only 8 optimized apps out of 35 and it has taken 19 minutes already and in the meantime the phone is very slow and overheated :(
