Moving Principia off of GTK and to Dear Imgui for dialogs is something that has been worked on slowly throughout the years. Emphasis on slowly.

My brilliant idea for how to go forward with it is to make the migration more gradual, because now after my recent refactor I can now mix and match Imgui dialogs with GTK ones.

The first ones out to be replaced with Imgui are: sandbox menu popup, sandbox mode popup, quickadd menu and the game menu popup. These I feel are the ones that are in the most dire need of replacing, as GTK3 really does not like our way of doing popups without a parent window. Especially on Wayland, a lot of times it doesn't even show up.

So the idea is that this ships in the next release, due Friday or something, and I'll just see what happens. If everything goes well I can cull the respective GTK dialogs, and continue to do that until there is nothing left of GTK in Principia.
